SELLER DISCLAIMER PAGE
I had to create this page, to clarify
any unforeseen problems that occur from time to time.
3 CALENDAR DAY RETURN POLICY
I try to be as accurate as possible, I even give the option
to return item for any undisclosed reason within (3) days of receipt of the item won, you need to let me know if
you want to return the item within said (3) calendar days, if I get NO response to my eBay name (luckyintime) within
said three (3) calendar days of recorded receipt for delivery, it is a FINISHED DEAL. The item must be mailed back
to me at winner's cost within in five (5) calendar days of agreement to return said item, evidenced by email, or
again the deal will be considered a DONE DEAL., This offer of three (3) calendar days is for a real problem, not
something that was fully disclosed in the listing ticket before sale or obvious in the many photos I post, not
for Buyer remorse, a valid reason is a must. I do not warranty items damaged during shipment/delivery, so if you
want shipping insurance pay for it before payment is made.
ALL INFORMATION IS DEEMED RELIABLE,
NOT GUARANTEED!
All my information displayed in my description is to the
best of my knowledge, and mostly from the product packaging itself. Most everything is from a visual inspection
while adding the product online, if it is new and never opened, it's just that, new and never opened, manufactured
warranties do NOT apply for collectable items, all these items are a blast from the past, and have been stored,
for sometime even up to 40 years in some instances. I again try to be is accurate as possible but mistakes can
be made if you are human, so I tell you all information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed.
SHIPPING HANDLING AND INSURANCE
WITHIN THE U.S.A.
The cost is of shipping and handling is charged to the
Wining Bidder and is stated in every listed item what that cost is. All my items are package in clean new boxes,
and clean white paper for protection, except bigger items, that are larger than 12 x 8 x 6. I will package the
product and mail it out with USPS or DHL Shipping and provide confirmation of delivery with that charge. If the
package for any reason does not reach it's final destination, this is NOT MY FAULT, if you want to insure the package/item,
you must let me know in advance, insurance is at an additional cost to the Wining Bidder and is at the sole discretion
of the winning bidder. The Winner Must request insurance, it is NOT UP TO SELLER TO PROVIDE REQUEST OR ASK WINNER!
ALL OUT OF COUNTRY SHIPMENTS: (NON-USA) THIS INCLUDES
CANADA
I personally hand delivered each package to the U.S. Postal
Service and I get a paid receipt and I provide a U.S. Customs form Declaration Number to you by your eBay email
name on the day of delivery, which said receipt is MY PROOF OF DELIVERY, I DO NOT NEED TO SHOW ANY THING ELSE.
If you want your package insured it will be at your cost and at your direction, otherwise the winners package will
be sent by FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please have all delivery directions, Custom Declarations
agreed too, by me BEFORE YOU SEND PAYMENT.
RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGED:
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS, are at the sole risk of the Winning
Bidder, NOT THE SELLER. To date, all my items have made it to the wining bidders destination, NOT ONE HAS BEEN
LOST, I do provide confirmation with all packages, and all packages are dropped off personally by me at the United
States Postal Service or DHL shipping Center Counter, by hand delivery. At this point the SELLER IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE
IN ANYWAY WHATSOEVER for any package delivered, it becomes the shipping companies property. I have NO control of
what takes place after I personally hand over the package. Once it leaves my hands, I hereby am not responsible
for any future problems. I will gladly help you in anyway I can with all shipment information from my side of the
transaction, but in no way whatsoever will I be responsible for any type of LOSS or DAMAGE. Please consider this
when deciding on the low cost of shipping insurance, or peace of mind.
IF YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED, DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE,
TAKE PHOTOS IMMEDIATELY, and then refer
to United States Postal Service web site www.usps.com or
DHL Shipping web site www.dhl.com they
will require certain steps before paying out claims for damaged items, they want proof, so photo's speak a thousand
words when claiming a package was damaged during shipment, again DO NOT OPEN PACKAGE
and send me a copy of said photos, so I can respond to the condition of the package before it left my destination,
a letter from me, to the shipping company will be very valuable to you. If you do open it without taking photos,
most likely your claim will be denied by the shipping company, I do not know this personally, but again use COMMON
SENSE, better safe than sorry I always say. NO MATTER THE REASON, THE SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AFTER PACKAGE LEAVES
THIS DESTINATION.
CONFIRMED OR NON CONFIRMED ADDRESS:
If your address is NOT CONFIRMED with PAYPAL, and it does
match the address that you have listed with eBay, I will notify you by eBay email to have you remedy the problem.
If the item was not paid by paypal, the package will be sent to the address you have on record with eBay, if the
package does not reach it's final destination, this is YOUR PROBLEM, NOT THE SELLERS. IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT,
where your Postal Person will just leave your package at your front door, please make arrangements with your post
office or postal worker with instructions where to leave your package if not home to received it, this will lessen
the chance of someone in the apartment complex taking your unattended package. Again, COMMON SENSE.
ASK SELLER A QUESTION
Any Questions, Please do not hesitate to contact me, use
the link in the eBay listing ticket, they item of interest, that is the best way, because it will go directly to
my eBay email, and I can respond quickly. I check my eBay email a few times a day, sometimes even more, if you
send it any other way, it may take days for an answer, so please follow this direction so there is NO misunderstanding.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment is expected at end of each auction, unless agreed
to by Seller before end of auction, if payment is not receive within (5) calendar days of wining date, a Non-payment
Complaint will be filed to eBay, this I have to do in order to re-sell the item on eBay auction. Please just ask
if you need time I will work with anyone that has the courtesy to write me and just ask. Communications is the
key word. If you are bidding on multiple items I will discount shipping and handling, the second and/or additional
items won, these additional items won must be won within five (5) calendar days of the first item won, again, unless
agreed to in advance by Seller. Communication/Permission is the key word not Forgiveness! :O)
